Math
My favorite of all classes would have to be Math. I love Math. It can be hard sometimes but once you get the gist it gets a lot easier. I find Math a lot of fun. It might just be because I'm good at it, but I like to just do the problems as well. Mr. Fuller is an awesome teacher. He is awesome at Math but he doesn't just do the problems for us. Mr. Fuller pushes us to do it our self but also gives us the help when we need it. I like how Mr. Fuller will let me write on the whiteboard. It makes Math a lot more fun for me Especially when he lets me do the problems on the board. My favorite thing to learn about was the slope and y-intercept. Finding the slope and y-intercept in equations was a lot of fun. I like using graphs and plotting points too. I defiantly think doing the function machines were tough but Mr. Fuller and Mrs. Angelou helped me learn them pretty well. I love Math and I hope Mr. Fuller will be my teacher next year.
This, Chapter Four Quiz, made me very happy when I got it back, even though I only got a forty-three out of forty-eight. math is my favorite subject, but I did have some trouble with Unit Four. Even though I didn't get a perfect grade I learned a lot from this test. Most of my mistakes were careless errors. I know if I had checked it over I could have gotten a better grade. It helped me realize being more careful and less carless is important on a test, especially if I wanted that one hundred percent. This test showed me that sometimes getting a lower grade isn't as bad as I thought. I still want to strive to get the best but learn from the tests that aren't as great. I'm happy for myself that I could find something good out of an okay test grade.
Slope-intercept Form of Linear Equations, was my favorite worksheet we did. Not only did I get a perfect grade, but I had a lot of fun doing the worksheet. I love slope-intercept form and solving the equations. It's one of my favorite things to do in Math. My favorite part was when we went over the worksheet. Everyone got a chance to be the teacher and write the problem on the board. We all got a turn to find the answer and yell at Mr. Fuller because we were the teachers. It was so funny when one student gave Mr. Fuller five detentions when he was teacher. I can say I had a lot of fun learning Math that day, and a great learning experience.
The Relations + Functions Test, I can proudly say I got a twenty four out of twenty seven, an 89 percent, on the test. I liked learning about relations and functions. We first started learning about function machines. Mrs. Angelou tried to draw a better function machine then me...she couldn't...never had a chance. Therefore Mr. Fuller let me draw them on the board whenever he needed one drawn. I'm very proud of the job I did on the Functions Test.
